“My spouse and I were in the market for a mid size sporty SUV with great style and comfortable ride to enjoy driving our large pup long distances. I called Covert Buick to inquire about an online SUV advertised. Our good fortune is that Gavin Baker, was the terrific, knowledgeable sales assoc that answered. From beginning to end in less than 72 hrs from test driving, to financing, to driving the car home it was a 5- star pleasure working with Gavin and covert Team., shout out to Art P in finance. Gavin Baker went above and beyond to follow up on questions we had, completing a few minor touch ups we requested on our 2023 pre used, very low mile vehicle! The best part was pulling up to pick up vehicle and seeing it out front, freshly washed, tires glossed with a big red bow! If you are shopping for a new or pre used car don’t hesitate to ask for Gavin at Covert, they have 4 dealerships and he’ll locate the perfect car for you! Awesome Team work through out buying process!”

“I purchased a 2025 GMC 2500 AT4 from this dealership a couple of weeks ago—my third vehicle from this location. The truck was a former loaner and was delivered with paint chips, dents, scratches, missing rear floor mats, no washer fluid, and only 27% oil life remaining. As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership committed to correcting all of these issues prior to final delivery.
After three days in their shop, I picked up the truck and it was in worse condition than before. The paint chip repairs were extremely poor, uneven, and obvious, and the buffing left significant swirl marks throughout the paint. The finish quality was unacceptable for any vehicle, let alone a new one. Photos are attached showing the dealership’s “completed” work.
I emailed both the sales manager and the general manager to give the dealership an opportunity to address this. Neither responded.
This was the worst new-vehicle delivery experience I’ve had. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in the dealership’s service department and will not be returning for service. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to inspect it very carefully and not assume promised reconditioning will be done competently.”

“I have always wanted a truck. I have always owned cars. It was hard for me to find a truck. It had to be perfect, and they were all out of my price range. I went to see Richi Marquez. I thought I was not gonna take anything home. But Richi found the best-looking color for me and gave me a really good deal I could not pass on and that I could afford. It sounded too good to be true, but he got right to the point. Richi made me feel right at home, and he made the process really quick and smooth. He is definitely very knowledgeable. Please come see Richi so he can put you in your dream vehicle for the lowest cost. Please give this man a promotion or raise. We need more people like him. He definitely changed the game.”

“Everyone on the Covert team was great! Ernesto, Juan, Kyle, Carlos, Michael Nachelly, and Thomas were all super friendly and great to work with. I have close family who've had poor dealership experiences in the past, so I was initially a bit nervous about how everything would go. Everyone was approachable, transparent, and patient throughout my car buying process and truly made it an enjoyable experience.
I had some concerns about my CarMax and they did a great job quelling my concerns. When I had a repair that needed to get taken care of, it was handled promptly and Ernesto and Thomas kept me informed throughout the process.
I would highly recommend anyone drop by and connect with the Covert team if they're looking to sell or buy a car. I didn't just have a great experience, but I found exactly what I was looking for in just about two hours. Drop by if you want to connect with a team that truly values their customers!”
