“Austin (the salesperson) and Austin (the finance person) both helped me with my new i4. Austin was super polite and professional. He knew that I was bringing in an older model that had been paid off for four years, and if I was going back into payments, it had to be "baby steps". There were only three i4 models in stock, and we went to the back lot and found the color combination I liked. He didn't put any pressure on me, or at least I didn't feel any pressure to buy. Austin explained all the features, showed me how to work the technology (my trade-in didn't even have Apple CarPlay). I ended up making the purchase and he helped the process go smoothly. When Austin came to get me for the financial paperwork, she was also professional. They have super cool desks that act like a giant iPad! All the signing is done on this giant electronic desk, and it was the fastest I have ever gone through a finance office in my life! She also saw that this was my fourth BMW and did some magic and found me a loyalty rate that drastically lowered my interest rate and payment. I was thrilled, and it solidified I was making the right decision for the car. The genius helper Ethan came to show me how to use the car and was super patient on showing me how to step into this technology that seems overwhelming, but he made it make sense for me.
