“Went on a Saturday with an appointment. Doug was phenomenal to work with. He was straight forward, zero bs and had a great sense of humor. The dealership had a very pleasant feel to it. Everybody seemed to enjoying themselves and not stressed out. Front desk was pleasant, attentive to my arrival. The men's room was freaking immaculate in the middle of the afternoon on probably the busiest day of the week. Clean bathrooms are my thing. This one was faultless. So, back to Doug (Medford). The car I bought was used, it was a great value, and Doug made sure it was absolutely ready to go for me. He's tech savvy too. Kept me up to date via text and everything! “Totalled my Honda. New Year 🎉 Day. Happy New Year 🎉!! I live across the street from Austin Subaru, went over and met Hunter Cash, a kind, personable young salesman. He listened to me and I told him my range of costs for a used car. He had a few. When I saw the very Cool Impreza hatchback, I said, "I wanna drive that one!" It handled very responsively. Very enjoyable. My banker helped me shift money around ( I'm retired, limited income). All the finance folks were superb. Calmed my nerves. When they called me to say it's detailed and ready to go, I ran over there! It looks like a brand New Uber inside. Immaculate. I might even start Uber now that I have a gorgeous car! While waiting in the Brake Pad lounge, I asked several folks how the service is after the sales. Every one of them praised the great fast efficient Customer Service, to get you back on the roads again. I'm heading to Albequerque, NM now, then on to California Oregon and Washington state. Vancouver BC, if I can make it! The rear seats fold flat for roomy sleeping. Perfect. Nothing but Huge Thanks & Praise to the great folks at Austin Subaru!
