I flew in to pick up the truck and he had someone meet meat the airport about 20 minutes away and drive me to the dealership! That’s first class service! There was an issue with the buttons not working properly for the radio and climate control. James took over and found out how I could use other buttons for now, he figured out the problem and since I’m a former ASE master tech, he had the part drop shipped to my house. I received the part a week later, put it in and everything is working great!
