Turns out they sold me a vehicle with faulty spark plugs and tried to dismiss the issue over the phone until I demanded they drive my vehicle and figure out what was wrong. That was my first sign I should have given the car back that same day. The entire 4 years I had the vehicle I was fixing one thing after another. Camshaft, ignition coil, coolant return line, thermo housing filter, rotars, etc. I put over 4k in repairs into this vehicle. Not to mention my sales rep was definitely a rookie. Fast forward to 2026 I purchased a new vehicle from Valley Honda on Ogden and had a completely different experience. Top notch customer service!!!! Went over all the specs on my new vehicle. Laid my payment plan out for me and helped me make the best financial decision for me and my family. Just save your money and PLEASE go somewhere else.”
