“This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. I worked with a salesperson named Landon, who was very responsive, friendly, and reassuring before I paid in cash. Immediately after the payment, his attitude changed completely. Although he was physically present and available at the dealership, he avoided meeting with me, stopped responding to my messages, and chose to send someone else instead. I was explicitly told that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and that they would stand behind it if any issues appeared. When I returned the very next day with serious concerns, they refused to perform even a basic inspection and repeatedly tried to convince me that everything I was experiencing was “normal.” The service manager also refused to acknowledge or explain what was actually going on with the car, which was extremely frustrating and concerning. He drives the car for 2 minutes and said, this is a used car and what you experience is normal. At that point, it became clear that once the money was paid, customer support no longer mattered. I felt dismissed, misled, with unresolved issues. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no willingness to take responsibility. As a mother of two kids who planned to buy a reliable car, I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be extremely cautious. Once the sale is completed, you will be completely on your own.”
