“I had a problem with the digital screen on my 2021 Rav4. A portion of the Home screen would grey out when driving. When I took it in for service they said they could not duplicate the problem. I submitted a negative review and immediately heard from George. He assured me that they wanted to solve the problem to my satisfaction. I made another appointment at no charge. I talked to Chris, the tech and we took the car out for a short drive. He immediately saw what I was talking about, and it turns out that this is normal for this vehicle. I don’t know why they couldn’t duplicate this without me riding along. But they did give me an answer. They were courteous and very helpful as always. I have been going to Doxon for 18 years and they have always given me excellent service.”

“We just bought 2026 Grand Highlander Max from Doxon and tho we had some bumps here and there, they got it done and we are very happy. Joe helped us and the sales gm also helped for the deal to go through. The car is amazing and looking to buy more cars from Doxon in near future.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a RAV 4 from Doxon Toyota. Literally against all odds, the sales manager Jackson found us the model we wanted in Oregon and had it brought up to Auburn. Amazingly, even though this model was very, very hard to find, Doxon didn’t mark up the price over MSRP. That certainly was a nice surprise. We then had a magnificent experience working with Joey Genzale to test drive and purchase the car. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Joey - he is a breath of fresh air in the car sales arena. This was our fifth car purchase, and I’ve never had a sales person who was so obviously dedicated to making sure we had a great experience and ended up with the car we wanted. In fact, I didn’t think a sales person like Joey existed. He was simply awesome. From being available both late and early to answer questions and help us work out the deal, to patiently answering all of our questions about how to work the features of our new car, Joey couldn’t have been more helpful, kind, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend working with him for your next car purchase. We absolutely love our new Toyota, and plan to send as many people from Seattle to Joey at Doxon as we can to buy Toyotas! “My husband and I hate buying new cars (as evidenced by the fact it had been 26 years since he last bought a new car)! What an unexpectedly pleasant purchasing experience yesterday at Doxon Toyota. Not only did they have the best pricing on the Toyota Sienna Woodland edition he was after, but the staff who helped us were fantastic. Sahir handles sales where the customers are not walk in, but rather have reached out on line. When we met him in person he was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and polite. (He even found us a bow to put on the car to take a photo, since, i mean this is a once in a quarter century event!) Kristine handled final paperwork and explained various warranty add ons etc. She also was personable,knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Kristine made this process not feel like simply a sales pitch to add on to the price. As far as the dealership, which has been family owned since 1938 I believe, it was top notch. Not only did it have state of the art technology to help the process along; (Loved Kristine's desk which turned into a giant electronic sheet of paperwork-easy for aging eyes to see and read and sign-. ) But there was also a full coffee shop (if you wanted more than the complimentary coffee and tea), with friendly attentive staff. The space is clean and spacious, with ample waiting room space, and even a separate room for the kids to play in (soundproofed and stocked with toys). Spending a few hours here while completing the purchase on this car one gets the sense it IS a family business that takes good care of its employees, who then in turn take good care of their customers. And if car purchasing is statistically the second biggest purchase you're going to make, what better place to go do it than where you'll find a professional, helpful, friendly team and the best pricing (that my husband found any way). We highly recommend this dealership for your next Toyota purchase! Thank you Sahir and Kristine!”
