“I waited 5 weeks for parts to “come in” for a new transmission covered under warranty. In those 5 weeks I never received a call or an update on what was taking so long. I called to check myself and was told Ford was giving them a hard time about sending one of the needed parts so I had to take my car in a second time to be evaluated again (this was 2 weeks in) Was told the part was ordered and it should be in in a day or 2. 3 weeks later (I had gone on vacation for a week) I had to call to see if the parts were in yet. What a coincidence, Yes the parts were in and they could get my car in as early as the next day. They would need it for 2 days. By the end of the second day I wasn’t surprised that I hadn’t heard from them. I called to see if my was done so I could pick it up after work. It was not done. Next day I had to call again to see when it would be ready. It was ready by the end of day 3. Just a really bad experience with no communication what-so-ever.”
