“Have been taking my truck to this dealership for the last 9 years. The service and workmanship has been progressively been getting worse. This was possibly the last opportunity for them to show they had any interest in keeping my business. They did a good job keeping the work completed quickly and it appears they did quality work. It’s difficult for me to criticize a business, but when it is given multiple opportunities to perform and doesn’t…well, they bring it on themselves.”

“Customer service was great. It was a Saturday, and the service department was short handed, but the Service Rep, Leon, got us right in and had a shuttle take us to a nearby store so that we didn’t have to wait at their shop. Our car was finished with a complete Oil Change, tire rotation, and full check up in about 1-1/2 hours. It was great.”

“I cannot say enough good things about DuPratt Ford!!
I started having serious transmission issues on I80 (no acceleration) on my way to Tahoe and pulled into DuPratt Auburn without an appointment. Troy got me in immediately then Alex quickly diagnosed the issue after a scan and look at the transmission. The transmission fluid had been overfilled 3–4x during service at another dealer two weeks prior and was causing the gears to slip and had leaked all over the engine.
Alex corrected the fluid level, cleared the engine errors, took the car for a test drive, and made sure everything was running properly. I would not have imagined I’d be back on the road in under 90 minutes. I also received a call from Troy a few hours later to check that I’d made it safely to Tahoe.
The care, generosity and knowledge were exceptional. Troy and Alex went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for businesses/people like this in the world! Thank you!!”

“They picked up my vehicle from my work for the take care of the service and then brought it back. It was so convenient to not have to take time out of my day to take care of getting it done. Denise was super helpful getting my car in last minute. My last service for my husband’s car was with their mobile service which was beyond convenient since he’s a work from home person. DuPratt Ford has made getting service work done on my cars possible with our busy schedules. The entire team from my car buying experience to the service and parts has been really positive. I’m glad I’ve come here. I’ll definitely keep coming back.”
