“Our experience in the purchase of the 2026 Suburban High Country at Allen Turner Chevrolet-Cadillac was perfect. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. The sales professional staff and General Manager were very helpful making the purchasing process smooth and rather enjoyable. I can truthfully say that this was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle.”

“I’ve had the worst most frustrating experience with this dealership. I took my truck in to be serviced over the holidays- had to get a radiator replaced. The entire time they had my vehicle I received no updates from the service department I would continually have to call and check on the status of my vehicle which was annoying because I would always get placed on hold for 10+ minutes. When I picked it up I didn’t even have it 3 days before a check engine light came on- had to take it back in to get looked at. Turns out the mechanic didn’t reconnect something when he was replacing my radiator- how ridiculous is that? My truck still is not driving right since the repair- my rpm’s flutter every 30 seconds so who knows what else that crappy mechanic messed up. Then they OVERCHARGED me for the service added on an additional diagnostic fee thinking I wouldn’t notice. I went up there to dispute and was told I’d get a reimbursement check. Which again I had to drop by to check on the status of because it had been two weeks with nothing. The service manager just forgot to check his emails so he had to sign something and get it sent to the accounting department. Well I finally get my reimbursement check & it’s short. I just want to know why my check was short $3? Yes it’s only 3 dollars but more than anything it’s the principle of the matter. This dealership did a terrible job repairing my truck, the customer service by Robert the service manager was terrible and now the accounting department shorted my reimbursement check. I took my truck to get serviced at a dealership because I thought the standard of service was higher but I was obviously wrong.”

“I Made an appointment for Monday September 29th for my 2018 Silverado 2500HD High country Duramax for oil change, filter, tire rotation and DEF top off. Also for them to check why my heated and ventilated front seats weren’t working. I spent all day at the dealership. My appointment was at 830am. I was there 5 minutes prior. I did not leave until almost 5pm. Mr turner talked to me once because he seen I had been there all day. And ended up giving me a loaner truck to take home. After the oil change, it went to a tech and pulled into the bay approximately 4-430pm. Tech stated he needed more time with the vehicle. Advisor told me that if they could get the problem solved within the 1 hour of diagnosis time that they would have it fixed. Not once did we discuss going over the 1 hour of diag time. I told them if it was too complicated then I wasn’t worried about it as I needed the truck and couldn’t have it sit at the shop and I would return at a later date. Fast forward to the next morning after I took the loaner truck home. Tuesday Sept 30th. I called 2 times in the AM between 9am and 11 am with no returned called or update on my truck. I called back around 130-2pm and the service manager addressed the situation. He told me there was a bad ground somewhere and that the switch was fried. And that they didn’t have the parts to fix it on hand and would have to ship them in from Michigan and wouldn’t be there until Friday October 3rd. I told him I wasn’t worried about the seats that much that I needed my truck back I couldn’t wait that long for parts and a fix and I declined to have it fixed at that time. But told them I would bring it back in the future when my scheduled allowed. Service manager told me they would have my truck buttoned back up and I could come get it within the hour. I gave them two hours and came back, I showed up and gave them the loaner back. My bill was $519.70. With additional diag time I didn’t approve. I paid the bill and was handed my keys. Was told my truck was on the other side of the wall where finished vehicles were. It was not. Which is no big deal. The service advisor Dy’voriah gave me a ride to the back parking lot where my truck was parked at the end of a row not even in a spot and halfway in the road way. When I opened my truck door, the dash was still apart and laying ontop of my center console ( I have pictures ) and the passenger side connector for the heated and cooled seats were not plugged in. I was told nothing except my truck was ready for pickup. I tried to move the radio bezel and dash trim piece out of the way and put it back on the dash, and when I did the wires for the plug touched and the entire dash started smoking and cracking and popping and filled the truck cabin with smoke and burnt electrical smell. I immediately took the truck upto the service lane and parked it and went inside with a serious look of concern on my face. When asked what happened. I explained. And the service manager went and got the tech. They ( the tech and service manager ) both looked at me and said “this is what we tried to tell you” my truck was not smoking, burning or any of that when I brought it in. The heated and cooled seats just did not work. I told them I wasn’t taking the truck home, asked them what was going to happen now and I was told we’ll do you want it fixed ? I was not taking the chance of something catching on fire driving it or leaving the lot. I understand I declined the work but I think this was highly unacceptable. I was told it would be another $400 or so to fix it and they would overnight parts. I told them I needed my truck as I was about to leave town for 2 months and driving my truck. I could not have it stay past Saturday. I left the truck and it was finished on Thursday. They called me and went to pick it up. It was all fixed. And I got hit with another $504.62 bill.”

“I just bought a new corvette from Allan Turner Chevrolet and can’t be any happier. From the order process through final delivery. Every aspect of getting the car was great. I would like to thank Mitchel. Patrick in sales and Patrick the manager. For an outstanding job. One last person I enjoyed working with the finance manager the Florida flash. Ha. Great job guys!”
