“I bought a car here in August. Within 30 days I had an issue and brought it in, it’s now October, I’ve brought it in 3 times for the same problem and it is still not fixed with no communication. I asked for new tires before I bought it, the tread was low and there were gouges in them. They told me service inspected them and said they were fine. 3 months later, my car is shaking to the point my daughters car seat shakes and she throws up in the car, they told me it’s not shaking and if there’s a little shake it’s because my tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. It was also brought in because my service 4wd light comes on when I remote start my car, they said it needed to be reprogrammed, which they did, and I was all set. Guess what’s back on?”

“Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Kyle Cunningham was unbelievable, he treated me like family, took the time to explain everything, and made the whole process super easy. You don’t usually say buying a car is stress-free, but with Kyle it really was. If you’re thinking about getting a car, go see him! you’ll be glad you did !!”

“Zero stars — Avoid this place at all costs.
The management here is the definition of dishonest. When it came time to sign paperwork, the price was suddenly $2,000 above the listing price. They don’t disclose this upfront, hoping buyers won’t notice and will just sign.
Their scam is simple: they advertise a “discounted price” online to bait you into visiting, then claim that the higher price is the “real” one. I even confirmed with Kim over the phone that the 2017 Mercedes GLE I was interested in was available for the listed price (around $18K). She knowingly lied, since the actual price was $2,000 more.
I drove an hour and a half only to be deceived. When I pointed this out, the manager openly admitted they would not honor the posted price and told me I could “go ahead and complain” if I wanted.
This dealership operates on lies and shady tactics. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money on these con artists.”
