“I had a very disappointing experience with Abdullah Abdul Ghani & Bros. Co. (Toyota Qatar). My 2014 Toyota Corolla caught fire during the warranty period, and the police investigation confirmed that the fire resulted from a manufacturing defect. Despite this, Abdullah Abdul Ghani Motors refused to honor the warranty for replacement. Instead, they manipulated the report internally using their office staff to create a version that went against the official police findings. This issue could have been resolved easily under the warranty terms, but the company chose to misuse its influence instead of helping a loyal customer. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing a car from Abdullah Abdul Ghani Motors. Warranty coverage is not guaranteed in case of serious incidents, even if they occur within the warranty period. “ The loss I experienced should serve as a lesson to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.” I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the handling of my vehicle’s warranty claim with Abdullah Abdul Ghani Motors. Despite my repeated approaches to your customer care department regarding this issue, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. Instead, I have been informed that a legal representative has been appointed to handle the case, and I have faced multiple excuses and delays from your side regarding the warranty coverage. As a loyal customer, I firmly believe that warranty is a commitment of trust and assurance between the company and its clients. Wealth is our asset, and it should not be spent without proper guarantee or warranty protection. Therefore, I kindly request that this matter be reviewed seriously and that a fair resolution be provided under the terms of the warranty. I trust your management will take the necessary steps to restore customer confidence and uphold the company’s reputation for reliability and service.”

“We had a great experience with Mayleen. We had originally went to Toyota of Newnan and had a bad customer service experience. They were more interested in making a sale right away rather than helping us find what we actually wanted. We ended up going to World Toyota and Mayleen met us in parking lot with a very enthusiastic attitude. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us so many options. “Very frustrating experience with World Toyota. I recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid and found multiple issues right away. When I tried to return the car, the dealership did not accept the return easily. I had to push hard before they finally agreed. Even then, they asked me to hand over the car immediately, but refused to refund my cash down payment the same day. Instead, they told me to come back days later for my money. On top of that, they made me leave without offering a loaner car or any transportation, effectively stranding me after taking both the car and my cash. Their attitude and lack of basic customer care were extremely disappointing. For a major purchase like this, you expect professionalism and support, but instead I was left feeling pressured, dismissed, and inconvenienced. I cannot recommend this dealership, be very cautious if you decide to buy here.”
