โCame to the dealership for warranty repairs and I was blessed to have Ivie as my service advisor and when I say she gave top tier service! Ivie listened to all my concerns and addressed every last one including additional issue which she provided a quote for via text while I waited. While waiting I was able to complete tasks on my computer while at the upstairs cafe. The dealership overall, including the cafe and bathrooms, was very clean! The staff from arrival, cafe and checkout were so nice and all smiles. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!โ

โI had an awesome experience at this VW dealership. Julie and Jessica were incredible to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The whole staff was welcoming and made everything feel easy and stress-free.
I drove off in a 2026 Tiguan and absolutely love it. Big thanks to everyone there for such a great experience. Highly recommend!โ

โMy car buying experience at Jim Ellis VW of Chamblee was amazing, different, and refreshing. No pressure, nor aggressive back and forth about pricing etc.. it was my shortest car buying process yet. The last car I bought lasted almost 6 hrs. Shout out to Shy, my sales guy. He was laidback, very helpful and also a great communicator. Carlos the financial guy was real, and honestly, and I can appreciate that. I like when people shoot straight and bypass the nonsense. All the car sales men stereotypes were not the case at Jim Ellis VW at Chamblee. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thanks Shy and Carlos!! ๐๐พ๐๐พโ

โI honestly donโt know that Iโve ever been impressed like this by a dealer before. They genuinely offer a great service experience.
Took my id.buzz to a dealer just north of this one, who was impossible to connect with due to their AI phone/call center system. Only to find out after dropping it off for its scheduled appointment that it would be โat least a weekโ before they could assign a tech to it.
Called Jim Ellis, spoke to a real person (at the dealer, not a call center) who confirmed the had an EV tech who could look at it first thing the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and had it fixed 48 hours later.
But what was better was the level of service, communication, and care applied. From the walk around video at the end, to the reliable daily updates, to the offer of a loaner if the part takes too long to be delivered, They truly have prioritized being amazing to their customers. I will never go anywhere else in the future.โ
