“There were lots of issues with my vehicle after purchasing it from another dealership in georgia. The dealership I have purchased the car from ignored the issues and told me there’s nothing wrong with the car. I visited multiple dealerships and they all ignored the issues. I gave a last chance and visited the buckhead location for service to resolve the issue. it was a brand new car with only 10,000 miles. After they try to address the issues, it seems like it’s something that could not be easily identified. The issue was not fixed, however they provided me with alternatives-trade assist. Every step member in this dealership cared about me and helped me with getting in to a new car. Great general manager : Roger and a great sales advisor : Sean took care of me and I was able to get the help from the corporate and moved in to a brand new car with a great deal. They took full responsibility and effort on helping me with the trade in, even-though I didn’t purchase the car from here. “Excellent sales experience; transport hiccup resolved quickly I purchased a G 550 (G-Wagon) sight unseen, and my salesperson, Barron, was wonderful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions promptly and even met my friend at the dealership so he could look over the vehicle before I sent funds. The only snag was with the third-party transport company—they missed three pickup dates. After I called both the transport company and the dealership, the dealership immediately hired a different carrier and had the car to me the very next day.
