I just purchased the '26 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Jim Ellis Hyundai, and I cannot recommend them enough! This was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the start, the team was transparent, patient, and never pushy - which meant so much to me, especially after having a really negative experience at another dealership. This was a complete breath of fresh air. Paul, my primary salesperson, was incredible. He checked in just enough to support me, but never pressured me or made me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. When it came to pricing, Gerardo was amazing to work with - fair, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best deal possible. I truly felt like he was advocating for me, not playing games. And on the day I last-minute decided to walk in, Madison stepped in seamlessly and was just as kind and helpful. It really felt like a team effort, and everyone treated my husband and I with professionalism and respect. I left with the exact car I wanted, at a price I felt good about, and with total peace of mind. I’ll definitely be returning to Jim Ellis for all my future maintenance and services, and I’ll absolutely be buying from them again when it’s time for my next vehicle. On Nov 12 I was texting with Hamilton and he sent me a link to the purchase agreement which had the full price of the vehicle plus 743 plus tax. I screenshot the part where it said the doc fee is already included in the price of pre owned vehicles in BOLD PRINT. He apologized and corrected his mistake. I buy a new car for myself my son and daughter every year or so so I am an experienced car buyer. We arrived on Nov 13 at 10:30. We test drove the Santa Fe and my daughter fell in love. We proceeded to try and negotiate the price and were told we are like carmax, the price is the price. We were told by Hamilton Deuberry that the vehicle was Hyundai certified and would come with a 6 year 72000 mile warranty. We decided to purchase at full price. When signing the CARFAX paperwork it clearly stated 60months/60000 mile warranty and so I questioned him. He tried looking it up on the internet insisting Hyundai changed it. He then proceeded to make a phone call and was obviously corrected and said he could have sworn it was 6 year 72000 mile for certified vehicles. I then asked to negotiate the price down to 25000 dollars and he offered an xtra service to which I said no. And again asked for a discount on the price as that was about what I would pay if I were to buy an extra 1 year/12000 mile warranty. He walked away and came back and said the price is the price that the manager said no. We thanked him for his time and walked out the door. My daughter really wanted the car and we had driven in Atlanta traffic all the way from Peachtree city to purchase it. So, my daughter( 18) agreed to pay the extra 789 and we went back and purchased the vehicle. I wanted to let you know what your employee said(lied) to make a sale and wanted to know if he had told you about his “mistake “ when he came to you with my offer, if he even did. I don’t know how long he has worked there but he gave the impression it was a long while and he was sure Hyundai had changed the warranty for a couple years and that he would never say something if he didn’t think it were true. If I had not questioned it on the last page of my signing the carfax we would’ve believed we had a longer warranty than we actually had. This is unacceptable business practice and he should be reprimanded at the very least. I will never recommend your dealership and am thinking of posting my story on social media. Please reply and confirm receipt of this message. Elizabeth Bryson Today is nov 18 and I have yet to receive a response from Jeffery Keitz about my experience with his employee Hamilton Deuberry. Buyer beware of this dealership and their scams.

I have to thank the entire staff here at Jim Ellis for an outstanding experience over the course of my biggest and most unexpected car purchases ever. They were helpful, patient, knowledgeable and not overbearing. They were inviting and informative. Special shout outs to the team that got me into dream car Kirby Keith, Conley Langford and the ALLSTAR salesman Derrell Matiin. I'll never forget this. Thank you!

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Sonata from Jim Ellis and just wanted to say everyone who helped me out was great! My direct salesman Madison esp helped me make my decision by answering all my questions and also by having a sonata himself gave me real life insight on the car. A week after purchase I have no regrets and I’m loving my new car!

I had such a great experience buying a 2026 Hyundai Ioniq with Paul and Jim Ellis Hyundai. It took me about a month to pull the trigger, and in that time Paul followed up to help me find the car I wanted. I could not have been more vague about the color I wanted, and the next day he sent me a video he had taken of the PERFECT car. There was no pushy, salesman vibe, just a kind person doing his job well and getting me the car I wanted at the right price. Great service, great people, and a great car!
