“A month later, after returning a courtesy vehicle, Global Imports BMW charged my credit card $194 for parking that was supposed to be complimentary for LA Fitness members — without any prior notice. BMW dismissed me as a customer and even revoked my long-standing access to courtesy vehicles in exchange for refunding the $194, which felt punitive.
