“This location has been a struggle. When it was Hyundai of Athens it seemed like the service department had finally turned things around. Then ALM took over and back downhill it went. At first they did not want to honor the service package we purchased through Hyundai because it wasn’t in their “new” system. Then they “found” it and changed the oil and filter under the plan. However a month or so after the change, the car gave us a low oil light while out of state on a trip. After topping it off, it lasted until today when the light returned. Crawling under the car, it seems the filter and plug installation was not done correctly and has been leaking slowly the whole time. Both covers were saturated. Pictures show the oil all over the filter and plug with UV light. Oil changes should be the bare minimum thing that a dealer service should execute correctly.”
