“We had ordered a Land Rover defender. It was a rocky start at the purchase process. There were some miscommunications and lack of trying to get the deal done by the shift crew that evening. However; the next day. We heard back from the finance manager & then the general manager, and they were very good and worked hard to try to correct all the situations which they did. We appreciate both of them very much. They reassigned us to a seasoned sales person named Jay. He did a fantastic job, and a high recommendations overall to him.
