This salesperson "Ash" assured me that the specific car I was looking at was a trade in, bought by the dealership recently by a customer upgrading their vehicle, but on their own CARFAX report it was reported that it was sold in a dealer auction. They provided CARFAX reports with all of their vehicles, but if they get rid of it following this, trust them even less. I wouldn't buy anything from here without a thorough VIN lookup like CARFAX or a Pre Purchase Inspection.

Hi Mr. Bek Khasanov, I have reasons to believe that you may have acted together with the salesperson to mislead me. When I followed up on and off, between September 3, 2025 through October 1, 2025, about my $4,000 EV credit that WBM claimed they would file on my behalf, you called me and emailed me a one-page signature form and pressured me that I must sign it (one month after the purchase) in order to receive the aforementioned (EV credit) check. Your communication and actions were deceptive and may have been intended to cheat me. To date, I have not received the credit, nor have I received any explanation for the delay. To resolve this matter, please provide the following within 3 business days: 1) A copy of every document generated on 9/2/2025 - at the time of my purchase 2) A written explanation of the purpose of that form and how it relates to the EV credit. 3) Confirmation of whether the dealership filed the $4,000 EV credit on my behalf, and if so, proof of filing. 4) An explanation for why the $4,000 credit has not been issued to me. 5) Most importantly - any and all correspondence in regards to the one page signature form that you made me sign electronically on or about 10/2/2025 when I followed up with you over the $4000 EV credit check. I want to resolve this directly and professionally. However, if I do not receive this information within 3 business days, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Virginia DMV Dealer Board, the Virginia Attorney General’s Office, and other appropriate agencies. Please acknowledge receipt of this message and provide the requested documentation as soon as possible. Thank you!

Extremely poor customer service !! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called and spoke with a women named Elizabeth to inquire about a car I was interested in, I asked her if the car was still available she could not give me a strait answer instead she asked me if I was interested only in that particular vehicle or if I was open to any other options. She asked for my name and number and told me she was going to call me back which she never did. I do not recommend this place to buy a car. Totally incompetent.

Purchased a vehicle from this place a few times. The last vehicle I purchased was a very nice Range Rover with low mileage and in very good condition. My check engine light came on after I had been driving it for about 3 hours straight, for the first time. When I returned back to WBM with the vehicle, they immediately happily offered to fix it without any problems and made me top priority because 5 minutes after I got there, they immediately took the vehicle to diagnose the issue and it was fixed the very same day. I did not have any kind of warranty after I purchased the vehicle, so I really appreciate them going above and beyond to accommodate the problem. I am from the streets and consider myself very street smart and I have had a lot of experience with purchasing vehicles over a very long extended period of time with small Mom and Pop dealerships trying to get over on people. I can honestly say that I did not feel like they were trying to work me, or oversell their product because I did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, as well as I did my personal research of the vehicle and I am happy with my purchase. They were very professional, polite and straightforward and handled me with prestige service. I hope that everyone will have this same wonderful experience. Thank you again WBM of Arlington.
