“Came to look at a 2020 pink jeep wrangler my husband wanted to buy me as a wedding present. The truck was pretty dirty in and out. We had an appointment with Jason at 3p and didn’t get seen till 3:45p by someone else. Plus the jeep was still at the overflow lot. So we had to wait. Don’t know what the appointment was for if we had to still wait when the appointment was made Jan 12th and it’s the 21th. Aside from the trash found in the car, the wrap that was the pink exterior peeling, and dirt in the cup holders, the dash had lights on. The automatic stop light, check engine light, and tire pressure light was on. Tire pressure light I get bc it’s cold but to still try and sell a car with that check engine light on is beyond me. Any dealer that finds it acceptable to sell a dirty, unkept vehicle should be looked at funny. People work hard for their money and my business and safety felt like an afterthought. I will say the staff was “nice”. It wasn’t the business “customer first” atmosphere like a name brand dealer but they were in no way mean. If they offered to get the vehicle up to standards prior to a purchase, we would have came back next day to buy it. But I’m not driving off the lot in what could potentially be a bad purchase of almost 26k I can’t give back.”
