“Extremely disappointed with the service at Audi Arlington.
My vehicle has now been sitting at the dealership for an entire week and they still haven’t even diagnosed the problem. A week just to figure out what’s wrong? That alone is frustrating enough, but what makes the situation worse is the lack of communication and urgency from the service department.
To add to that, I haven’t been provided with a loaner vehicle. So not only has my car been sitting there for days with no answers, I’ve also been left without transportation. For a dealership representing a luxury brand like Audi, this level of customer service is honestly shocking.
When you bring your car to a dealership, you expect professionalism, communication, and at the very least a timely diagnosis. Instead, it feels like my vehicle has just been sitting there with no clear plan or update.
At this point I’m questioning whether anyone is actually working on the car at all.
I chose this dealership expecting a higher standard of service, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.”

I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 T6 Inscription, and the 3½-hour drive to the dealership was absolutely worth it. The entire experience was professional and smooth. They answered all my questions about the vehicle and made the buying process easy and stress-free.

He genuinely took the time to explain things to me and really show me the features of the new Audis available. I traded in my car and felt they gave a fair value for my trade in and really made the process easy.
