At the end of negotiations, the dealership provided me with offers that I originally wanted to land at. I would definitely do business with them again. All in all a positive experience, however, I was disappointed the SUV wasn’t waiting for us in the showroom, like others have experienced. Having the SUV waiting for us on the showroom floor, instead of on the side of the building, would have completed the car buying experience.”
