“The experience was very professional. The sales staff were very accommodating to my requests for a fair price on the new SUV and my trade in. At the end of negotiations, the dealership provided me with offers that I originally wanted to land at. I would definitely do business with them again. All in all a positive experience, however, I was disappointed the SUV wasn’t waiting for us in the showroom, like others have experienced. Having the SUV waiting for us on the showroom floor, instead of on the side of the building, would have completed the car buying experience.”

“EDIT ** After seeing the response to my review, I decided to reach out to Chris the General Manager of Vandergriff Chevrolet. I understand that people can be busy. But i have tried for a couple of weeks to get ahold him with no luck. I got one response back stating he would reach back on when he got to work. He never did. I have come to the conclusion that the response on my review is a simple copy and paste with zero heart put into the response. I have also had the car break down again since posting the original review. The Clutch Master Cylinder went out and leaked brake fluid all over the carpet on the drivers side. just something else that had to be fixed ** Be careful of what you buy from them here. I was trying to get a cheap fun car, since owning it, I have had to put $6,000 into just to keep it on the road. They charged me a BS $2000 reconditioning fee, I doubt they ever even touched this car. I have only had the car since April. I have had to replace the turbo, the radiator, the blower fan, the clutch and flywheel, and get the transmission rebuilt as the synchros were shot. If you buy a used car, take their laundry list of what they fixed in the “Recon Fee” and verify it was ever done with a mechanic of your own choosing.”
