“They took good care of me. Be sure to ask for Rosa. She was super sweet and patient with me during the whole process. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a new vehicle. Had it at 5 stars, but had to be fair and drop it just a bit because I was told that I’d get a hubcap for my rim replaced just to be told a week later after inquiring about it again. Their mechanic guy said it couldn’t be found (although he told us prior to the purchase, that the hubcaps were ordered and in route). Still offered to pay for them if I found them but I feel like that shouldn’t be my struggle since I was told something different upfront.”

Turns out, McAndrews is a hidden gem of a family-owned dealership with extraordinary customer service. We learned this when sales associate, DeMeon Washington contacted me to confirm the car my wife saw was still available. We drove 45 min from N Dallas to see & drive the car. DeMeon arranged for us to take the car back to Dallas where our 40 year+ mechanic inspected it. He said it was in pristine condition. We also checked with a family member in the car biz who reviewed the CarFax info DeMeon provided & was impressed with the car’s history. We were out the door in about an hour signing docs with Steve Williams, and drove home a fantastic previously-owned car for my wife. Sure, it is a small dealership, but the faith-based culture & dedication to delivering big dealership customer service was proven in our experience.
