“Just called service to see if I could go by in today for them to take a look at my 2025 Ram 2500 6.4L bought brand new, since check engine came on yesterday while cruising on highway. Service advisor said is required to leave the truck to have a response by Thursday. I told him if is required by you guys to drop the vehicle then if I could get a loaner, he said unfortunately we don’t have any loaners available. First bad experience with a brand new truck and my first Ram ever, always had Toyota.
