“I went get an oil change and walked away with a new hassle free vehicle. Terrance H is a true professional and made sure this car buying experience was smooth and easy as possible. He worked the deal and made it happen. I drove off the Lot feeling great about my new Truck. Big shout out to Terrance. I recommend anybody looking to ask for Terrance.
I also want to take the time and mention David in financing. He was open and honest with me. That’s something I haven’t gotten from many dealerships in the past.
I have to give Jermaine a special mention as well. He was a man of his word and very transparent start to finish.

“I want to take a moment to recognize Liz Morales, the Loaner and BDC Manager at Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat, for her truly outstanding service.
Over the years, I’ve had some frustrating experiences at other dealerships—especially when it comes to vehicles under warranty and the availability of loaners. I’ve been in situations where, no matter how far in advance I scheduled, there simply weren’t any vehicles available. This has even influenced whether or not I would purchase from certain brands—because if transportation isn’t available during service, it becomes a major inconvenience, particularly for an 8-passenger family vehicle like mine.
That’s why Liz deserves special recognition. Whether I’ve called on short notice due to check engine lights or scheduled service in advance, she has always worked hard to ensure I was never without transportation. Even if a loaner wasn’t immediately available, she would arrange a shuttle service and typically had a vehicle ready for me within 24 hours. She consistently found an equivalent vehicle that met my family’s size and needs, and her efforts gave me real peace of mind.
Liz is kind, persistent, and caring—and her cheerful attitude and professionalism have completely changed my perception of dealership service centers. She’s one of the rare people who truly makes you feel seen and supported. Just speaking with her leaves a good impression—she’s a joy to work with and a true gem at Classic.
I also want to give a well-deserved shoutout to Tony, my service advisor. You’ll often catch him walking fast through the facility—he’s always moving, always working, and always attentive. Tony consistently keeps me in the loop and has gone out of his way to make sure I’m well-informed and well taken care of.

“Update: Things went downhill.
Communication was lacking. We kept getting the "sorry, he got behind" speech. Finally got a diagnosis & their pricing is HIGH. Like ridiculously high. They are a dealer, it's to be expected to some degree. But WOW.
We elected not to repair it with them & had a tow truck come & pick it up. Once it got home it was beyond disappointing to the point of being angry.
There's a cover on the bed, it wasn't used. Parts are EVERYWHERE. Who knows what could be missing. The driver side window was left COMPLETELY down & the battery isn't connected to correct it. The dealership should have thought about this prior to digging in to it.
Thankfully the tow truck driver secured the hood so it wouldn't fly up going down the road. And he brought a loose item & put it in the cab.
Complete lack of concern on the dealerships part. Very disappointed doesn't even cover it.
2 stars is being generous.
Brought our Ram here to be serviced. She's not feeling so good. So far its been great. We had a very disturbing interaction with another Ram dealer earlier that morning so it hadn't been the best start to our Saturday. So, imagine our surprise (and delight) when we were greeted promptly, information was provided as to the time frame we were looking at. AND the service manager came over to set our level of expectation due to the age of our truck & possible issues obtaining parts. She wasn't saying that there would be issues. She just wanted us to be informed about what they had been experiencing. Fantastic! Thank you for the communication & information! The service advisor has been in contact with us, keeping us updated. They have honestly been a pleasure to deal with.”
