Excellent experience vehicle shopping with Shayne Sullivan at Bergstrom BMW. I had a few on my list to look at. One was at another Bergstrom location and Shayne brought it there within an hour so I could test drive it! His honesty and no pressure sales is what sold me after the test drive. Thank you Shayne!

Exceptional service means doing EVERYTHING you can to follow up and make sure a customer is happy and has a good experience. I have had to explain and issue (caused by the mercedes service department ) over and over and end up being played off to wait for phone calls. I have had multiple unresolved issues , some never mentioned until I bring them up again and again and I still have a strange noise in my car that I’ve just learned to live with because that’s what they told me I had to do. I’ve had to argue for repairs to be paid for after a simple maintenance service leading to a complete electrical board issue. I am patient until somehow things are turned back on me and I’m pretty sure if i had changed my own windshield wiper I wouldn’t have left a piece of metal to scratch a permanent mark on my windshield. Just don’t like coming here but this is the only place for my car right now.

The service I received at Bergstrom Enterprise Motorcars was nothing short of outstanding, well beyond what I ever expected. I faced a very complex series of repairs after a catastrophic engine failure on my Mercedes AMG that required several weeks of work. Throughout the process, Patric and his team provided exceptional support. I was offered a choice of loaner vehicles, and whenever my needs changed, they always had another one ready without hesitation. The team kept me informed every step of the way, sending detailed videos of their findings and even technical explanations from their outstanding technician to answer my questions clearly. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the repair, but the way I was treated. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers have made me a client for life. I took my car in for routine service. When I dropped my vehicle off everything was as expected and everyone was courteous and prompt. The inspection they sent recommended two new tires.. This seems strange to me as they were supposed to be new when I purchased the vehicle in February of this year. one of the fronts had 3/32 left and the other had 4/32. The rears had 8/32 of tread left on each. I have only put 15k miles on the vehicle since I purchased it. That much wear on the front tires in 15k miles seems very suspect to me.. The whole "vehicle is certified" thing seems like a terrible deal. When I purchased it I had to sign off on this huge list of checks they supposedly did only to find out there was a pretty serious service bulletin which was missed that took my car out of commission for a couple weeks and now this tire issue. The new tires was one of the selling points as I would not have to worry about getting new tires for some time since these were new. Like I said the experience of bringing the car in was good and Chris did a good job but this dealership needs to be careful with the representations they make to customers.
