“I was greeted by Alex and Christian with patience, kindness and professionalism. I was scheduled to wait for 2hrs but I waited for only an hour and thirty minutes. The recall was taken care of and the dash was cleared of any other issues. My infinity QX50 autograph runs like hot butter off gluten free grits, if you know you know. Pleasantly surprised and grateful for the experience 🙏🏽”

“I’m unfortunately writing this review after a frustrating and drawn‑out experience following the purchase of a 2024 Honda with approximately 12,000 miles vehicle from Infiniti of Apex. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into weeks of avoidable issues, poor communication, and unexpected out‑of‑pocket costs. To start, we agreed I would receive a second key and an exterior detail to address light scratches. Instead of a quick turnaround, I waited four weeks, repeatedly calling just to get these basic post‑sale items scheduled. When the car was finally detailed, the scratches were still visible—clearly not properly buffed out. On top of that, I discovered the tires had not been rotated, even though the CarFax report indicated they were. The dealership also did not have the key for the wheel locks, which caused another inconvenience. The most costly issue came from the LoJack system the dealership said was already installed—and even attempted to charge me for at time of purchase. Despite claiming it was ready to go, it was never properly wired, which caused an error light to appear on my dashboard. Since the issue was from an aftermarket installation, the Honda warranty didn’t cover the repair, leaving me with a $230 bill at a Honda dealership just to correct their mistake. I reached out multiple times to Infiniti of Apex for help, including speaking with Sam and John, the sales manager. After that, I received no return calls, no follow‑up, and no accountability for the issues they created. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The combination of poor communication, lack of follow‑through, incorrect vehicle servicing, and unexpected repair costs left me with no confidence in this dealership. I cannot recommend Infiniti of Apex based on my experience.”

“Had 20K mile service today. Customer service was very good. All the work was completed as expected. I have always been impressed with the job they do washing the car and blacking the tires. However, when leaving today I noticed streaks on the car windows, and there was no tire black applied to the tires. Not sure if the new ownership is the difference for this or not. I drive about 60 miles one way to have my vehicle serviced.”

“First time at Hanna INFINITI and turned out to be a very pleasant experience from start to finish. More than anything, I'm writing because I want to acknowledge service specialist, Chris Heym, for his incredibly personal customer service. He was exceptional, explained everything to me, and listened to some minor car issues I had with my 2014 Q50 Hybrid 12v battery. Again, this was my first time at your dealership as I recently moved to the area and my previous service specialist was really good, so I was naturally tentative about service at a new location. The entire service department really shined — I particularly enjoyed sitting in the waiting room and being to see the work performed in real time — and put me at ease. Very professional, the entire process with my car (and others) seemed super efficient, and Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Hanna INFINITI!”

“Amazing experience! We stopped a few months ago when we began the search for our 1st company car…. Freddie came out to greet us and talk for a few…. Told us to come back when we were ready to make a purchase….. fast fwd to this week…. We came back…. He walks out, remembers us and went into action getting us options….. we loved what he showed us and we decided to go for it….. when we got to the final steps the finance guy Junior took us through the financial process with transparency and professionalism….. the experience was tedious but it was worth it! Thank you Freddie and Junior and the Hanna Crew that talked to us. I will be back in the future!!”
