“I have always appreciated the excellent customer service I’ve received at Crossroad Infiniti since I began servicing my vehicle there in 2021. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer care that I’ve come to expect. Since the dealership was acquired by Hanna Infiniti, I’ve noticed several policy changes that don’t seem as customer-friendly. I was informed that the diagnostic testing fee would no longer be applied toward repair costs — something that was previously waived if the repair was completed in-house. Additionally, I was told that loaner vehicles are now only available to customers who purchased their cars directly from Hanna Infiniti and have warranties under 50,000 miles. Before authorizing the diagnostic test, I specifically asked that it not be performed if it didn’t appear to address the issue I described, since the fee would not be credited toward my repair. Despite this, I was charged for the diagnostic test. When I took my vehicle to another shop, I was informed that an extensive diagnostic test had not been completed, even though I was billed for one. I called back to discuss this concern, and Jackson advised that the mechanic would contact me — but I never received a call. This lack of follow-up and transparency was very disappointing. To make matters worse, a few months earlier I was quoted approximately $700 for a repair when I came in for an oil change, yet that issue was not even listed on the recent diagnostic report. I valued the service I received I’ve built with Crossroads Infiniti over the years, but this experience with Hanna Infiniti has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed and about continuing that I can no longer continue to receive service from this dealership.”

“Amazing experience! We stopped a few months ago when we began the search for our 1st company car…. Freddie came out to greet us and talk for a few…. Told us to come back when we were ready to make a purchase….. fast fwd to this week…. We came back…. He walks out, remembers us and went into action getting us options….. we loved what he showed us and we decided to go for it….. when we got to the final steps the finance guy Junior took us through the financial process with transparency and professionalism….. the experience was tedious but it was worth it! Thank you Freddie and Junior and the Hanna Crew that talked to us. I will be back in the future!!”
