“My Ford truck's check engine light came on, immediately called for an appointment, which was scheduled for the next day. Upon delivery, I was told the diagnostic would be in the next 24-48 hours, this was on a Thursday, 10 am.
After hearing nothing by Friday afternoon, I called, SEVEN times, before getting a service advisor on the phone. He informed me, there had been no action on the diagnosis. The service techs don't work on Saturday, which would've meant, the truck would sit on the lot until Monday. I came to get the vehicle, making sure they had me rescheduled for Monday morning, at 8 am, when they open.
I delivered the truck, went directly to the service manager's office and discussed the previous week's experience. He immediately went to get a technician, the diagnostic was performed within an hour, the problem was identified, the truck was fixed 2 hours later.
The technician was very knowledgeable and attentive.
It's unfortunate the issue couldn't have been resolved in a timely manner.
This is my personal experience, you can make your own decision upon reading my review.
I WILL NOT be a retuning customer.”

“Id like to start off by saying that buying from Robert Horne Ford has been the best vehicle purchase experience that both my wife and I have ever had. Huge shoutout to salesman Trevin, sales manager Derrick, and finance manager Ian. These three went above and beyond to make the buying experience as good as it could be. No one was pushy and genuinely seemed like they cared and were there to help fit what our needs were. They were all patient and very professional. I have been to every Ford dealership in the valley and I would hands down recommend buying from Robert Horne Ford over the others simply because of the customer service. Robert Horne Ford, I hope you make sure to show these guys how valued they are! They were an excellent team. I will be sending all of my friends and family here for any Ford purchases in the future, thanks guys! You've made lifetime customers out of us as long as service remains at this level! Thank you!”

“The team at Robert Horne Ford was wonderful! We were so blessed to have Jason Bearsley as our Sales Rep. He was kind and professional and went above and beyond to help us get our daughter into a vehicle we didn’t think we could get into. Tony, the GM and Bob, the Sales Manager also played a clear role in making us feel valued and important.
My daughter and I had spent weeks at multiple dealerships searching for a vehicle for her. After various negative experiences at other dealerships it was so nice to work with a team that truly cares about their customers. It was my daughters first experience with the car buying process. She experienced the difference between a sales team that sees their customer as a paycheck and one that treats them as if they were family. “Brett Gouvia and Bobby Spinks made the entire process simply and easy. I dread the car buying process because of the back & forth on pricing and hours at the dealership. This was to total opposite. I was able to search cars on Robert Horne's website, get deal figures, and negotiate pricing vs text messages or email. Came down to the dealer, prices didn't change, and signed the paperwork. I've bought a lot of cars in my time and this was one of the top two buying experiences. Why don't other dealers make it this easy?!!!
Update: The purchasing experience was so good we bought a MachE the following week.”
