Will never go here again. The only good thing was they did not charge me to hook my car up to run the codes. I was stranded in antigo last week. I stopped here out of desperation. They come back in after running the codes and say it's not good. If you want us to take a look at it we can in Jan and it's $240 diagnostic fee. My across went into limp mode but was told it was ok to drive the 68 miles back home. I asked if I could leave it there he asked how long I said Friday or Saturday he told me anything past that he would charge me storage. I get people leave them junk to deal with but my cars not junk. I took my paper with the 12 codes on it and sat in my car. I took said paper to a mechanic after picking up my car on Saturday to find out only 2 of those 12 codes were active the other ones were old ones. Like low tire pressure. Come to find out it was a $25 part that's going to take 5 min to fix. There was no compassion for someone stranded. It's all about the money. I know there is a business to run but you have to be nice to people also. Merry Christmas

Called last minute for a tire service as other businesses told me 5 days. Brickners service center, Dillon, told me to buy a tire and show up they would mount and put the new tire on for around 25.00. I was floored they fit me in within minutes of me purchasing a tire elsewhere. The quote was exactly what I expected, and staff made me aware of a possible issue that could come up soon. Highly impressed with the service and kindness. They got the vehicle done quickly, even though it was short notice and a very busy Friday. 10/10 recommend!

Thumbs up for Tim, Dillion and the service crew at Brickners of Antigo. People helping people feel, and repair work is done right the first time. I appreciate how they worked directly with the warranty on a recent repair. Oil change to major repair they have you covered.

Had truck diagnosed three years ago and they said a corroded wire in the transmission so I never cared to get it fixed cause it’s still drives fine. I called today and spoke with Jim in the service department and he told me he couldn’t see it in his system so I would have to come do another test. Said it wasn’t his problem that the notes were not there that it was my problem because it was my truck. Horrible customer service I live in a Chrysler family we’re 4 family members have worked for Chrysler and now retired. What a shame. Edit. Steve, I replied to your email and will here as well. My truck was in fact in your shop, getting recall work done and quoted on the passenger door lock being fixed and the tailgate lock being fixed. Also was the check engine light that kept coming and going you guys told me it was a corroded wire in the transmission and that if it drove fine and came and went I didn’t need to fix it. That worked for me because it came and went now it stays lit and my remote start won’t work so I was wanting to get it fixed. Now when I got to talk to your rude service department manager, that told me he couldn’t find in the notes and basically my problem! Your autobody shop is phenomenal. Love Justin fixed a lot of my vehicles but won’t bring anything in but recalls to your shop. Have a great day.

Worse business ever! Built and designed my Durango and left this company in charge of all services and deer collision. For them to scam my insurance for monies and not replace what my insurance paid for. Had my first deer collision and they replaced my broken/cracked windshield container, made me buy a sensor to find out they put the old one back on! Second deer collision they forgot to put coolant in and gave me wrong headlamp. The manager laughed and said we’ll replace that. I was inspecting my vehicle and noticed they didn’t fix any of the repairs my insurance quoted! I contacted the manager from body shop and he said it’s fixed. I now deal with my screen not working, broken vents, missing pieces to my dash board, top vent was ripped off and slapped back on. I’ve been with Brickners since 2015! This is terrible service how they treat valuable customers!!!
