“Basically like all dealerships. The place was very professional and unique . I drove down from white mountains (nh). For an older Tahoe. I expected some minor issues. They put new back brakes so I was glad of that So far love the Tahoe. I’m little bummed it didn’t pass tire inspection. So now I have to buy new tires because it is unsafe to drive in the snow. As we experience with a dusting we just got today. Had to turn back home and get the jeep. Ryan was my sales guy. He was friendly and helpful for me purchasing a vehicle so far away. “Recently bought a yukon from here, they are not pushy which is nice, huge selection and helpful with finding alternatives if needed, show room is clean and the old school car themes are nice. Few cons, firstly the car was cleaned and safetied when we drove it, however it does not appear they actually did a through job cleaning like other dealers do. We have found lip gloss and other stuff under the seats, some of the buttons sre sticky to touch, asked them if they could clean a drawing on headliner, there was no attempt at cleaning that, it seems to be ran thru a car wash and that's it. There's a lot of hidden charges and they don't like to tell you your interest or payments over the phone before you get there to sign papers.. never had that issue anywhere before. So now im gonna contact my detailer to have him properly detail the car”
