Most people don’t expect a pleasant experience when something goes wrong with their car, but JR was knowledgeable, humble, kind, and genuinely gracious from start to finish. He communicated clearly, made the process easy, and my vehicle came back in better shape than when I dropped it off. The attention to detail was impressive, even down to the car being cleaned and the floors vacuumed. People are quick to write negative reviews, but JR deserves a great one. Skip was especially helpful and even went as far as to research the car for me to give me a full rundown of all features I didn’t even know. Not to mention both washing and gassing up the car before turning over the keys. Would recommend and will come back.”
