“Having to pay more for a handicap vechile sucks. When a dealerships wants you to use their finance it sucks more Not knowing how to submit a deal to capital one and tell me it’s because of a conversion which is only half truth. It is all a paperwork problem. They can’t approve a loan the dealership does not give them correct paperwork for. I know the correct paperwork was not given because capital one funding department flat told me you never signed which means they can’t process it. I was able to get them to walk me through what needed to be done. Instead he kept wanting me to submit it which I can’t even do. This is a problem with the mobility department only wanting to use mobility funding which has a lot higher interest rate. No way a payment should be almost 200 more for a year old suv and a lot less miles. I am putting the same down payment. My van was 5000 dollar higher after my down payment. Payment is 714 to well over 800. At first it was over 900 Wants me to come back with Va paperwork I think not.”

“My entire experience, from the first phone call up to taking the vehicle home, was the most pleasant and professional car-buying experience I've ever had. There were no tricks or gimmicks played by anyone, they were respectful and courteous the entire process. I searched all over the place for the right 2025 expedition platinum, which at the time was very hard to find. Plenty of other dealerships made promises that they had what I was looking for. However, upon arrival, it was clear they were simply trying to sell me just what they had on the lot and paid no attention to my requirements. I made a request to Koons Annapolis on Sunday evening inquiring if they had a 2025 expedition with my requirements. Early Monday morning, I received a call from Derrick Tolliver; he was extremely thorough and professional. Darrick listened to what I needed and he immediately checked what he had on the lot and if it fit my requirements. When he assured me he did have a match, he pulled the vehicle for me to come see that afternoon. Upon arrival, I met with Darrick, and we went to work going over all the options and then the details of the price. The entire team at Koons Annapolis simply did everything right by me. Their trade offer was more than fair for both parties and made the remaining negotiation a breeze.
