Truly a seamless experience trading in a Ford and purchasing a new Cadillac Lyric with Chris as our salesman and Conrad in finance. Other dealers have left a bad impression with me and for the first time, I felt good leaving a dealer. Would definitely recommend.

Fitzgerald Cadillac made the entire buying process seamless from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and my family is absolutely enjoying our vehicle. Chris and AJ were exceptional, and the entire team did a wonderful job.

I purchased a vehicle from Fitzgerald Cadillac of Annapolis on 03/06/2025. While the vehicle initially appeared acceptable, recurring electrical and communication-related problems began immediately once cold temperatures and the winter season arrived. These issues are temperature-dependent and occur primarily during cold conditions. Since the onset, I have taken the vehicle to authorized Cadillac dealerships multiple times Including Fitzgerald Cadillac of Fredrick. Each visit resulted in clearing diagnostic codes, yet no clear, reliable, or permanent repair has been identified or completed. The same electrical failures continue to return. After the purchase, I discovered through Carfax and service records that this vehicle had electrical issues inspected prior to the sale, information that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This omission is particularly concerning given that the same type of issue later manifested under predictable seasonal conditions. The vehicle was sold as-is with an extended warranty, and I was also charged approximately $5,000 above the advertised price, which I can fully document using the dealership’s original advertisement and the final purchase paperwork. This is very serious because the car was defective and I was charged 5000 dollars over advertising price stating that the dealership made a mistake when listing the car. I rely on this vehicle for work, and the unresolved electrical failures have caused significant financial loss, lost income, and prolonged hardship, despite repeated good-faith efforts on my part to resolve the issue through authorized service channels. At this point, I am formally requesting that the dealership take responsibility and work toward a clear, thorough, and reliable solution, rather than temporary resets or inconclusive diagnostics. The pattern of failure, combined with prior undisclosed service history and pricing discrepancies, raises serious concerns that deserve proper accountability. If this matter is not resolved, I am prepared to submit all supporting documentation, including service history, Carfax records, advertised versus final pricing, and repair attempts, to the appropriate dealer review boards and consumer protection authorities. I remain open to resolving this matter directly and professionally. Fitzgerald Cadillac of Annapolis may contact me to discuss a proper resolution. Thank you. Haris.A

Kenny was amazing! I bought an Escalade 3 weeks ago from Ourisman Honda in laurel that has problems they refused to fix. Kenny got the most important problem repaired and ill be back for the others. I just wish I had bought a car from here instead. The service and kindness of all the staff was a breath of fresh air compared to the swindlers at Ourisman Honda. All of my future service and vehicle purchases will be from here.

Disappointed with Service Experience I brought my 2015 Cadillac Escalade to Fitzgerald Cadillac of Annapolis (34 Hudson Street) for a simple oil change. The standard price without a coupon is $119.95, and I had a coupon for $69.95. However, my service advisor David Alexander told me that because my vehicle takes 8 quarts of oil, the total would be $109.00 even after applying the coupon. My husband called to verify the price, and Mr. Alexander confirmed that it was $109.00 due to the additional two quarts. When I arrived at 7:15 a.m., I didn’t leave until 9:41 a.m. ~ over two hours later ~ for an oil change. I have been to several Cadillac dealerships, and I have never waited that long for such a basic service. When I asked about the delay, Mr. Alexander simply said they were short-staffed. At no point did he come to update me or apologize for the wait. To make matters worse, when we checked out, we were charged $99.77, which didn’t align with the previous quotes. The numbers just don’t add up, and overall, the customer service was disappointing. I expected a higher level of professionalism and communication from a Cadillac dealership. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
