“I'm late with this review because I had to get my thoughts together plus I have been trying to enjoy the New SUV but I have to say my experience with Criswell Acura was nothing short of Amazing. I came to Criswell late for an appointment on a weds after work a week before Thanksgiving of 25 not knowing the traffic around that time was that bad. When I arrived I was supposed to meet with John but he was busy so I handed over to Andrew the Sales Manager. I told Andrew that the previous dealership just wanted to put me in an Acura they so badly wanted to get rid of and I was not having it and told him I hope he will not do the same. I specifically told him I do not want a White colored SUV with light colored seats and I do not want a Base model I told him if he could get me in a 26 I would happy with that. Andrew looked me in my eyes and said come on over to my desk and lets see what we can do. Let me tell you Andrew listened very well he made it happen. He got me into a non base model 2026 all Black Acura RDX with Black interior and he didnt stop there he was able to get me a better leasing term than the previous dealership I had went to as well. Oh and it gets better. Although, I didnt get the chance to take it home same night due to it being late after paperwork was done I was dreading taking that long drive back to the dealership. Andrew was kind enough to have my vehicle brought to me at my home all the way in Cockeysville that Saturday. I am oh so very Grateful of everything both John and Andrew has done to make my experience with Criswell Acura a memorable one I would most likely do business with them again in the future and will most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle.”
