“The service advisors are kind and genuinely seem to work together to make sure customers are taken care of, even when the customer isn’t directly theirs—which is refreshing and appreciated. That said, the company’s billing practices left a bad impression. I was told there was a 3% credit card fee that would be removed if I paid with a debit card. While the fee itself was manually subtracted, the tax that had been applied to that fee was not removed. It may seem minor, but it reflects poorly on the company’s integrity and attention to fair billing. Because of this experience, I’ll be servicing my vehicle elsewhere in the future.”
