“Brian's communication wasn't clear. Went in there to get routine maintenance completed under warranty. I can receive a loaner. Asked Brian, and he initially told me no. So I called a ride. He came out and asked if I needed a ride, but at that time, I had called someone to pick me up. At that moment, he should have stated that my warranty included that, but he didn't; he just left the lobby. Upon my return, when I went to pay for the service (unsure why I was being charged when it was warranty maintenance being completed), I saw that my warranty included a loaner, pickup, and drop-off. Brian never mentioned it. Also, when I scheduled my appointment online, I requested a loaner. Other than that, the car maintenance was excellent; it was just the customer service at the desk.”
