ā€œBe aware šŸšØā€¼ļøThey are the cheaters šŸšØā€¼ļø Never buy used car from them, they always accepts defective cars when somebody comes to buy Mercedes and they don’t even provide 1 day warranty on used cars until you even reach home. I recently bought 2021 Tesla Model 3 from them and found out the coolant line was broken and it costs $17000 to fix it šŸ™‚ I drove from cleveland to sign the paperwork and they did not even have the car ready or fully charged. I gave them (salesman) 5 days to get it ready and on the delivery day, they said ā€œOh we (Mercedes Benz) don’t have the $40 adapter to charge the teslaā€ 🤣 what an embarrassing statement from ā€œMERCEDES BENZā€. After I drove off, ofc to the supercharger since they couldn’t even charge it, the entire coolant reservoir got emptied out. I took it to the mechanic and found out the connection between cooling system and high voltage battery is broken and its not fixable since the coolant might have been reached inside the battery cells so it needs to replace an entire battery which costs $17,000. After that I tried calling the salesman who has no idea about the car he was selling told me that I was offered extended warranty which is complete lie. Later on he was about to reach out to me regarding my warranty but nobody did. All in all, you don’t wanna buy any used cars from these people, IDK about Mercedes Benz šŸ˜µšŸ™…šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļøā€
