“I highly recommend having any car you buy from this place inspected thoroughly. I bought a convertible from them with a window that didn't want to go up all the way. They told me it just needed some grease put on the top of the window which they never did. So when I got it home I started trying that and it didn't work so I started looking more closely at the whole mechanism and there was a piece broken that holds the weatherstrip to the window. Ford is telling me the whole rear window has to be replaced. 800 to 80o dollars. Obviously it was that way when I bought it. I wouldn't buy from them again. I think a dealership that sells used cars should do a better job not selling cars to people that have preexisting issues. Or at least notify potential buyers.”
