I purchased a Ford Explorer from this dealership in late October. I want to start by saying that Adam, the salesman, was incredibly kind, respectful, and responsive throughout the entire process, which ended up being much longer than expected. He made things as easy as he could, and his professionalism was genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the dealership was disappointing. I test drove the vehicle at night, and once I brought it home and could see it clearly, I discovered significant interior damage, including parts of the interior literally being held together with duct tape. Over the course of the next month, the dealership did eventually repair the damage, but it required multiple trips back and forth. While I’m glad it was fixed, it was concerning that the vehicle was sold either knowing about this damage or without properly inspecting it—neither scenario is reassuring. From the beginning, I also had issues with the remote car starter, which was advertised as working. This problem was repeatedly pushed aside and wasn’t addressed until nearly two months after purchase. I was sent to an outside repair shop, R/C Automotive, where I was told the starter was disabled due to a setting and that nothing was actually wrong. That turned out to be untrue—the remote start still does not work. When I followed up via email, I received no response. After reaching out again, I was essentially told that I was out of luck. That lack of accountability and communication is extremely frustrating after such a long and drawn-out process. Adam deserves credit for how he handled his role, but based on the condition of the vehicle at sale, unresolved advertised features, and poor follow-up, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I waited over a month before writing the review to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Collin Mack was our sales person who sold us a 2025 Nissan Frontier Pickup. One of the best car purchasing experiences we ever had. No hard push and we are very happy with the pickup. They were very fair with our trade in and really couldn't ask for a smoother transaction. Will have no issue recommending Mike Barney Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great service! It was a quick and easy process that was enjoyable for my family and I! Kevin made leasing a brand new car so easy and less stressful. He made the experience so special! Everyone was so kind and supportive in this process and my family was able to ask questions and get responses that were helpful! There was a great energy that was extremely positive and relaxing for such a usually stressful process of leasing a car. I would recommend Kevin to anyone!
