Johnny Nolan was great! I was unsure of an exact car I wanted, and he broke down every detail to make sure I got in the right one. The prices here are also very reasonable and everyone from sales to financing was very understanding and eager to help.

DON'T BUY HERE, The worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. (Excluding our salesman, He was great) We went is on a Saturday to look at the used Bronco sports they had. They had just got one in earlier in the week and it had just got out of the service department and they said it only needed to be detailed. We drove it and liked it and so we decided to go ahead with the purchase. They said we could easily pick it up Monday to which was perfect for us because we were leaving to go to Florida the very next day on Tuesday and we were very happy that we were going to be able to drive our new bronco! Well we waited and waited on Monday, they let us know that oops sorry it won't be done until Tuesday. Ok that's fine we'll just leave a little late on our vacation and it'll be fine. We wait all day Tuesday until around 3 in the afternoon haven't heard anything. I finally call down there to talk to the general manager and he says he'll go back to the detailing department right away and check and get back with me in 10 min. He never called me back. So we just left for our vacation and said we would be there the next Monday to get it. We head down there the following Monday and I text our salesman just to give him a heads up and he tells me to just wait a second he'll make sure it's all good. He texted right back and said that he's sorry but they still don't have it out. He then offers to deliver it to me on Tuesday, I say great thanks. Well it's Tuesday and I just got notified that it still isn't done. At this point I'm hoping I even get the vehicle. I have definitely learned my lesson of being a trusting person!

I would like to thank Cathy Stiefel on a job well done. I had my car serviced and it was an awesome experience. Cathy was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. She keep me at ease and call to give me updates on what was happening with my vehicle. Previously, Wendy was my service advisor and she too was awesome. So, with that being said, I want to thank Ford Americus for hiring individuals like this. Service like this makes one feel better about spending funds and it definitely influence you to return.
