“Don’t buy a car from them or use their services!! Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone in maintenance, when they do they transfer you 3x and nobody answers. When you finally get a hold of someone they don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t even listen to what you’re saying just start rambling off things. I simply asked to verify what email they were sending my maintenance records to and I’m told to “just come in” because they’re training on a new system and basically don't know how to use it. I live 30-40 mins away, don’t have my vehicle and have two small kids. I shouldn’t have to come in for this. I called big o and oil changers and got my records immediately. It is super frustrating these people act like “not my problem” but a family is out of a vehicle until it gets fixed.”

“I have to admit the sales team was great. I bought my 23 Bronco brand new and they took really good care of me. Unfortunately, after two years of dealing with the service department, I just can't bring myself to go back. They offer a service plan but do the bare minimum. My most recent visit was an absolute joke. I went in for a service and a tire repair. They didn't repair the tire, didn't rotate the tires, didn't wash it (which is advertised as part of the service plan) and left me gross greasy fingerprints inside and out. They didn't communicate that they were unable to repair the tire. No options given about replacing the tire. Just here you go. Didn't even check the tire pressures. I really dont understand the positive reviews about the advantagecare plan. I've had 6 services and not once have they done it 100%.”
