“When you have been traveling further to experience a better customer experience and get let down after a second visit is extremely disappointing.
I was texted to schedule an appointment to address recalls on my car. I scheduled a 8am appointment and showed up. As soon as I arrived the young lady asked her manager if the recalls can be taken care of today. Imagine how confusing this is because why message someone to schedule an appointment and not follow up on if a service can be taken care of prior to them arriving. The manager says yes but it’ll be ready at 4pm. Again, my appointment is at 8am. I expressed how inconvenient it is to be told an appointment will take 8 hours upon arrival. The lack of follow up to inform a customer of the wait time is what made this distasteful. I then asked if they have a loaner vehicle since I do not live close and was inconveniently told my appointment would take 8 hours upon arrival — (meaning I had no time to plan arrangements) I immediately was met with a no. I again expressed frustration and was told “well I am just doing what my manager told me.” A complete lack of empathy for the situation all around. I decided not to move forward with any service here and will not be returning.
My constructive feedback: follow up on appointments set after inviting someone to make one prior to their arrival to ensure a customer is informed. It is extremely simple and normal protocol. Also, train employees on empathy that is literally customer service 101.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful car buying experience at Nalley VW in Alpharetta. Sergiy was our sales associate, and he was personable, low-pressure, and very helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Brian is in the finance department, and he was also a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff, and he’ll make you feel right at home. Robert, the sales manager, made sure we were happy customers and well taken care of. I’d recommend this location (and specifically these gentleman) to my own friends and family.”

“We found my dream car Mini Cooper online on Nalley VW site, which i was trying to find everywhere. But when we went there in person, they got huge lot here. Silvia Eagan is the best sales rep, she sent me email, super courtseous in person. She helped us in and out to go through the entire process. She helped us in all the ways. She's best sales agent!
Although the car has, I guess loose wiring for the speakers, it works sometimes and other times it doesn't. Its kinda on and off, I already informed Silvia, I am hoping to go there and get it fixed soon. I think service center at Nalley Volkswagen will resolve my issue soon.”
