“Phenomenal experience with this dealership, and with my salesman, Ammie. Ammie was patient with my constant stream of text questions about the used vehicle I was interested in. He kept me posted on the status of known repairs they were making before it was ready to be seen (some cosmetic, some mechanical). He also arranged to have it delivered to my home so that I didn’t have to make an additional 1.5 hour drive each way to pick it up. He had told me to let him know if I had an issue getting it through inspection in PA. When I did have one issue, I reached out and he made it right, no questions asked. Definitely not your typical dealership experience. I highly recommend Sarchione, and Ammie. We look forward to working with them in the future and when my daughter is ready to purchase her first vehicle, maybe Sarchione will have the right one.
