“I had an awesome experience at Ciocca Subaru. I was not necessarily planning on leaving with a car when I walked through their doors. A few hours later I was the proud owner of a new Subaru. Julian Sanchez and Luke made the process pleasant and seamless. I even had my 8 year old daughter with me and they brought her crayons and hot chocolate and made her experience great as well. “Leased a brand new WRX and the tire blew out clearly due to manufacturers defect with less than 10k miles on it. They told me there was nothing they could do to help me out whatsoever since it was a “wear and tear item”, not even waive installation/disposal fees on new tires. They did say I could ask Dunlop for a partial refund on the one tire but provided zero assistance in doing so. I expected so much better, but know not to do business with them anymore now.”
