“So I recently took my 2021 Corolla to the collision center because I was involved in a hit and run and within a week it was done. The hardest part was getting the insurance company to approve and send over the payments to them. David was the best, very communicative he was on top of it when it comes to receiving payments so that my car could be released quickly. It did take a bout 1 & 1/2 weeks to get my car back — not their fault however, I am glad that I chose Bennett’s Collision for repair. 10/10 recommend!”

“The engine light was on Friday night on the way home from work with the message to get in touch with my toyota dealer immediately. On my toyota app also had a malfunction warning message. I called Bennett toyota Saturday morning and got an appointment for my Rav4 Monday 1245. We decided to drop our car off on Sunday afternoon because I had to work on Monday. On Monday morning I got a phone call from Bennett telling me that the engine light was not on. If they had to work on my car to find out the problem and it was not under warranty I had to pay them close to $200 an hour. I was shocked to hear that. It's a brand new car, less than a year. I even told them that there was a warning message on my app. I was told it doesn't mean anything. I decided to leave work early and picked up my car. As soon as I turned on my car the engine light was on. I showed them the warning light. They would have to work on my car on Tuesday. I got a phone call on Tuesday morning they found something wrong with my car, but they had to order part. It should arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday I got a phone call from them the part never arrived. They didn't know the reason why. The car was done on Thursday. My husband had to take uber to pick up our car because we were told all their shuttles were completely booked. I had to work and couldn't leave work. When asked about Uber expense reimbursement. The answer was NO. We were not happy with them at all. Our car also has issue with AM,FM radio. We don't get the signal every day. We told them when we brought car for 5,000 miles check up. We also told them it had nothing to do with the weather or locations. The day we took car in for 5,000 miles check up. The radio was working so they didn't bother look at it.”

“Great experience. I called about a vehicle, but couldn't come to test drive for a few days. The salesman Michael Estrada kept me posted on the availability of the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was parked in the front and Michael had everything in order. I just started my search for a gas saving vehicle and didn't exactly plan on loving this used vehicle so much. It was bought and serviced at Bennett Toyota. It just felt right and I highly recommend Michael Estrada. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured . I enjoyed the process of buying this vehicle because of Michael. I will send my friends his way. My first Toyota , hopefully of many because my son's Corolla is unstoppable. It is a 2002 and still going strong. I hope my first experience with Bennett Toyota continues to be positive with the service department. The facility is top notch.”

“The staff was very friendly. Daniel Rivera took his time to explain everything about the car and the financing process in great detail. He listened to us and guided us very well throughout the process. We never felt pressured to buy the car, unlike at other dealerships.
