“I was a cold walk in and Josh was able to show me a few cars I inquired about without hesitation, I settled on a Murano and Josh had it detailed and ready to go for a test drive in a day. We had an appointment and we're able to come to terms. The entire staff were great and this was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. No pressure and completely laid back atmosphere. I highly recommend coming in to anyone who is in the market.”

“We are very pleased with our purchase here. Ralph was the best salesman we’ve ever worked with, and if you go here you need to ask for him. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and not pushy. He went above and beyond to take care of us and even stood out in the freezing cold patiently while we looked at multiple cars. All of the other staff were very friendly and patient with our children running around as well! We got a great deal for our car and really love it. Overall great experience, and we definitely recommend it!”

“I purchased a 2021 truck from this dealership approximately 2.5 months ago with around 65,000 miles on it. Since day one, I’ve experienced numerous mechanical issues — including problems with the brakes, rotors, differential, control arms, and excessive squeaking in the front suspension. While I’m genuinely appreciative that these issues were addressed at no charge through their service department, I was never provided with any paperwork to confirm what parts were replaced or what services were actually performed not once… but TWICE. “Our printer isn’t working, we will email them to you.” OK…
Unfortunately, the problems have not stopped. The front-end squeaking has continued and actually gotten worse. On top of that, after the differential was supposedly replaced, a new and concerning noise has started while driving which I was told it was a loose washer. After they said it was fixed….has the noise gone away? No.
Luckily - they were at least able to give me the missing parts they ordered for me for the bed cover and handed me those.
I recently inspected the truck with a trusted family member who has automotive experience, and we noticed several alarming issues that cast serious doubt on the quality of the pre-sale inspection and repairs. The struts and bushings appear to be in poor condition and likely need replacement. The rubber on the rear sway bar is completely rotted, and the rubber components around the springs are either severely deteriorated or missing altogether — issues that are clearly visible and should have been caught by any competent mechanic during a basic inspection.
Throughout this ordeal, I’ve attempted to reach out to the salesman I purchased the truck from, Josh. Initially, he was responsive during the first week or two after the sale, but once these additional issues started coming up, communication stopped entirely. I’ve followed up multiple times over a span of more than two weeks and have received no reply.
I typically do not leave negative reviews or complaints. I'm also fully aware that used vehicles will have imperfections and may require occasional work. That said, I’ve owned older used vehicles in the past — some with more mileage than this one — and I have never experienced this volume of issues immediately after purchase. For a 2021 model, this level of wear and oversight is completely unacceptable, especially from a safety standpoint.
Living over 45 minutes away from the dealership, I’ve had to make multiple trips back and forth for these ongoing issues — all while trying to manage my school and work schedule. It has been incredibly frustrating to be without a reliable vehicle while the truck is being serviced repeatedly, especially when I was led to believe I was purchasing a mechanically sound vehicle.
At this point, I do not plan to do business with this dealership again. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability — particularly in how this vehicle was inspected, sold, and followed up on — has been extremely disappointing and has caused me unnecessary stress, time, and concern from my family and I about my safety.
 
Please, if you’re someone with limited car knowledge — especially many of us women, which I hate to admit — please don’t make the same mistake I did. Bring someone knowledgeable and trustworthy with you when coming to buy a vehicle from here. I truly wish I had. I looked at the google reviews which all seemed fantastic, so maybe my story is just a fluke, but please be cautious.”
