“The advertised price was $22,391plus taxes, registration, and destination fees which would have come to $12,109 cash with my trade in. The manager who pressure team tagged with the sales guy to extract from me @$2000more cash (14k) said he honored his price. That is a lie. I felt the tactics used against me were deceitful trickery. The finance guy told me very little of what each page was as he had me move quickly to sign for tire/wheel service $890 as if dealership was throwing it in along with Secure App $1000( he didn't point out that I paid for each). I had told the sales person it's deceitful to advertise one price then say the upgraded package is several thousands more that I said I didn't want. I asked via text prior to seeing the car if that was a true price minus taxes and fees. He said yes. So he too lied. The manager nor sales guy honored the price of $22,391. You all practice evil tactics against vulnerable people. I was told there is a lane sensor but there isn't. Also, map does not come up on screen. This was a dishonest deal to your advantage. I will tell others only to go to places where they say no haggle price and to get the OTD price before taking in trade in. No person with a right conscience would do what you all do.”

“Terrible dealership. Nearly got slammed into by one of their employees driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. They drove in the center lane that’s supposed to be utilized for turning only so they could pass me speeding dangerously. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I have my 1 year old daughter in the car too. I fear for her safety more than anything. Went to the dealership to confront them about the issue and they said they were too busy because they had a monster truck event happening. There’s the vehicle. The papers on the windows advertising how much the vehicle costs were on the drivers side. I showed them the picture of vehicle and they acted so smug saying “we can’t keep track of our employees we have so many” well they have cameras too! I showed them the time stamp of the picture around 9:30 am and they didn’t bother to make any effort to find the employee nearly killing people on the streets. Go to a real dealership in Alice like the Payne dealership or Hacienda ford. Don’t go to a place that will endanger your lives and your children’s lives.”
