“I had a great experience working with Justin G. at the Ford dealership in Alexandria. I went in expecting the usual back-and-forth that often comes with buying a car, but it wasn’t like that at all. Justin was easy to talk to, patient, and genuinely listened to what I I was looking for.
He clearly explained everything, answered my questions without overcomplicating things, and was transparent about pricing and options. I never felt pressured or pushed into something I didn’t want. The entire process was smooth, and he made sure I felt completely comfortable before I signed anything.
He made the experience much less stressful than I expected.”

“I had a really good experience at Ourisman Ford of Alexandria working with Justin G. I went in expecting the usual back-and-forth, but it honestly wasn’t like that at all. Justin was easy to talk to, didn’t rush me, and actually listened to what I wanted.
He walked me through everything, answered my questions without making it complicated, and was upfront about pricing and options. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed into something I didn’t want. The whole process was pretty smooth, and he made sure I felt comfortable before signing anything.
If you’re heading to Ourisman Ford of Alexandria, I’d definitely recommend asking for Justin G. He made buying a car way less stressful than I expected.”

“I don’t often post review unless I really have a great or a bad experience. In this case, this is the second time around.
After my bad experience purchasing my vehicle from this location (bad bleuthooth, backup camera issue, bad/tricky sales agents) I decided to give it another shoot. This time I only came in for a car wash. It was initially timed for max of two hours but it ended up being 5 hours of wait. During that entire time, not once has the rep came to give an update on the wash. Each time I checked, the rep kept saying it will be ready during the hour.
The phone number that was shared did not go through, whether for text messages or regular calls. The return car ride I had requested never happened and every time I asked for one, drivers were either out or on breaks despite reminders to the rep and online reservations when I booked my appointment.
The employee in the waiting room spent his time watching and listening to inappropriate sounds with no headphones on.
This place should definitely get the Grammy for worst customer services on the planet or how to mistreat customers 101. This is by far the worst Ford dealership in the U.S. if you want to avoid heart attack, unnecessary stress, avoid coming here. Everyone from sales to parts to services need to either be fired or need to back to training.”

“As a Lincoln owner and customer of Ourisman for 29 years, their service has been and still is outstanding! All parties listened to my needs and desires for what I was looking for. They were met exceedingly and abundantly. I could not have asked for better and attentive treatment. They make you feel like you are the only customer at the time. I could say it is what I expected, however, there is no need to have expectations because the outstanding service is always provided. Ourisman always go above and beyond in all areas regardless of the department. This is why I return continuously for purchases and services on all vehicles. The level of customer service can’t be topped as far as I am concerned. It is obvious! I purchased my fourth (4) Lincoln from them. The rating of the survey only goes to a 5, but Ourisman well exceeds that number. I could go on and on, but I think my point(s) have been made and my continued business speaks for itself.”

“BLUF: I went in for a small coolant leak, paid $1500 to fix the issue and the issue was not fixed and actually made worse - to the point where the vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership the NEXT DAY. Now, after a third trip to the dealership I am out $1500 bucks, still have a coolant leak and was quoted over $1000 to fix an oil leak that no one noticed or mentioned the other two times I was there 10 days ago.
Long story: I went into the Ford dealership because I had a slow coolant leak and was having to put more coolant in my 2014 Ford Escape (~128k miles) every couple of months, which is more than I would like. I have been to this dealership before for service. At this time, they did a diagnostic review and told me that I needed to replace 4 water heater hoses in my Escape. They kept the vehicle overnight and replaced the hoses and I was able to pick it up the next day. I paid $1511.45 at that time for the repair. The following day I had to have the car towed back to the dealership because the coolant was inches below the minimum line on the coolant reservoir. When I went to put more coolant in the reservoir, it poured directly through the car onto the ground below (I will attach photos of this). The car was towed at the expense of the dealership and kept for another day. When I was told I could pick it up and inquired about the issue, I didn't get a great explanation and actually overheard the technician say "she probably just doesn't know how to put coolant in." I have two responses to this:
1. WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PUT ANY COOLANT IN THE VEHICLE AT ALL THE DAY AFTER YOU FIXED THE COOLANT LEAK
2. I know how to put coolant in my vehicle.
Cut to today. It is now 10 days after that second repair at the dealership and as I'm driving down 395 in rush hour traffic, my coolant light dings on. I check the coolant level and it is once again, INCHES below the minimum level mark in the coolant reservoir. I filled it up (I know, so crazy that I can actually do that myself, right?) and called the dealership and asked for the manager, John, and told him I was on my way. He said they would take a look.
I'm waiting at the dealership and they tell me, no the coolant is not leaking but you have an oil leak and we're going to get you a quote to fix the oil leak. WHAT?! I have been very pleasant and patient throughout this entire ordeal. I understand that sometimes we don't get everything right on the first try. But you're telling me that you had the vehicle TWICE in one week, 10 days ago, and no one saw this oil leak? No one mentioned it to me. And quite frankly, this does not have anything to do with the coolant leak that is my primary concern at this point. I got an oil change a few weeks ago, I'm not worried about that. I am worried that my coolant is leaking far below the minimum line every 10 days since I paid over $1500 to have that fixed and now not only was it not fixed, it's worse.
What did they tell me about the coolant you might be asking. Well, they said - it's not leaking! And proceeded to explain how coolant works to me (which I already know). I know that coolant expands when it's hot, that's why you don't fill it above the maximum line. I also know that being inches below the minimum line is NOT NORMAL. Especially 10 days after the dealership topped it off. There is a leak somewhere, but they are telling me they don't see one and can't fix it because all they see is oil.
All of this to say, I am out over $1500. The issue has not been fixed. It has been made worse. I am now being quoted $1062.05 for a Valve Cover Gasket Replacement. I have not felt heard in my concerns and I have felt brushed off. I am extremely frustrated with this entire experience and am left to deal with a vehicle that is still leaking coolant and now apparently also leaking oil, which it was not doing before taking it to the dealership in the first place.”
