We drove to Alexandria from Shreveport because my daughter was infatic to get the car. I called to our salesman only to find out that he longer works there. AMAZING! He made several comments during the purchase indicating he came to work today and wasn't planning on selling a car. My call today was to the financial office. Phone calls not returned. I had to call THEM back to get my answers. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend Vaughn Chevrolet in Alexandria to ANYONE! This will be our first and only purchase from them.”

Highly recommend …after getting truck home and checking out thoroughly, I had to replace windshield wipers, add coolant and wiper fluid , and change air filter. Still a great buy and great sale experience, but truck was obviously not serviced. Also had to buy tires and replace a tail light that was broken.”
