“This is probably the first time I've ever gotten a car from somewhere and had zero anxiety about it. One of our seat belts didn't work and before we even left the building they had everything set up to where the parts were already ordered and we could come in at any inconvenience to us to have it repaired at no cost. They talked to you in terms that everyone can understand. They make the process simple and straightforward. This is definitely an honest family business which and this day and age is worth its weight in gold. The prices here are more than fair and the selection is phenomenal. They are always getting more inventory so if you do not see something you like come back in 2 weeks. If you tell them there's something you have an interest in, they will try to find it for you and if they can't they have solid recommendations. Both of the Carfax reports were printed to me immediately and brought to me without me even having to ask. I literally cannot stress enough that doing business here will be worth it.”

“Both myself and my sister bought our first personal cars here about 2 years ago. Both of our cars have had detrimental issues since then. My own car had issues starting. They thought it was the battery and had it replaced, but that didn't solve the issue. The starter was fine, the alternator was fine... I had them all checked out multiple times. My car ran, but I had to jump it more than 30 times; it was so often that I got one of those jumper packs. I did call and ask if there was any way they could try and fix the issue or compensate me for it. They said no. The car was bought- that's it. I expected as much, but that's a huge failure. Jumping a car so many times is horrible for the battery. My sister just had the shocks replaced, and she said that the car feels wrong. It feels perfectly normal to me. She said she can feel everything under the tires and that's not normal. My guess is that the shocks were needing to be replaced before she ever bought the car. Thank goodness she doesn't drive as much as I do or else her car might have broken down before she thought to get it to a shop. They were friendly enough I suppose, but after buying a car with almost 170 on it and that big of an issue for 8,500, I definitely feel a bit scammed.”
