“We were about to purchase the 2019 Ford F-150 XLT VIN: 1FTEW1EP9KFA51836 Stock: F25248A We had them place it on the left so we could see the underside cause it makes some noise when you turn and notice that it has a seal leak and they refused to fix the problem cause it’s not a safety issue (which is only a $500 fix) we asked! But we ended up backing out of the deal because they refused to fix the issue they know about. If you know about an issue you should fix the problem you want to better your reputation then you should stop screwing over your customers.”
