“We have had nothing but issues with the vehicles purchased from this dealership. Two were purchased within a few weeks of each other, and at the time I would have written a great review about the transaction, but I decided to wait a few months and can no longer leave a positive review. Both the vehicles have had numerous problems since about a month after purchasing. We purchased the warranty that was recommended and that, along with the service department, has been a joke. I've lost count of how many times the vehicles have had to be towed back for service with the supposed repairs not resulting in fixing the problem. We finally were fed up and took it to our own mechanic who was able to fix the one issue within a few hours. But of course, a few months after that, more issues. I would chalk it up to perhaps a car being a lemon, but not when wo vehicles were purchased and both have the same issues of mechanical problems unresolved with their repair department. They don't appear to know what they're doing and I would not trust any vehicles at this dealership. Numerous calls have been placed to the owner and no resolution has been made; we are just told to have the car towed into the service department, wait a few weeks, told it's fixed, and sent on our way, only to have the issues recur. I spoke with a friend who had purchased a vehicle here years ago and they also felt they were taken advantage of. I will never recommend this dealership and would discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle here”
